  • Responsible for Business numbers and product development
  • To build up the Corporate Relationships
  • Driving the overall business development the regional heads
  • Responsible for Profit and loss & Improve the performances of all areas /locations , Drive team to achieve profitability Targets .
  • Embarking the relationship with new banks and taking measures to strengthen the existing ones (Banks, Exchange , Corporate etc)
  • Devising strategies for growth and implementing it through the team
  • New business initiatives
  • Drive Leadership in respective region and increase the market share
  • Banking relationship


  • PGABM (Agri business management) from reputed Agri business institute.
  • 12 + years of relevant exp. into Business development
  • Must be from Agri industry – Agri input or Agri output
  • Must have experience and good knowledge in warehousing vertical, Supply chain knowledge
  • Excellent communication skill with a pleasing personality
  • Good in leadership skills
  • Excellent in numbers and strategy
