JOB PROFILE:
Position Objective:
- Effectively grow the franchise in Western India to achieve revenue targets as set out in the budget / strategic plan.
- Lead by example and ensure team follows the Compliance, Credit culture and behavioural values of the bank.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver a differentiated pricing and product strategy based on cross sell and maximizing client revenues and ensuring returns threshold. Increase segment revenues as defined in the budgets/ plans.
- Build a portfolio of clients with multiproduct requirements, respecting the bank’s credit, compliance and profitability standards
- Ensure on boarding of right clients to avoid quick mortality and credit losses
- Maintain KYC standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and guidelines.
- Keep the RM Team Motivated.
- Work with stakeholders (GTB, GM, etc) for a co-ordinated approach to offering solutions and products to clients.
- Post disbursal monitoring of portfolio to catch early warning signals of any credit deterioration.
- Deepen Client Relationship with a focus on achieving relevant senior level connect at CEO / Promoter level
- Enhance relevance of the franchise with focus on our strengths in Network Banking as well as strategic / structured financing opportunities
