JOB PROFILE:

  • Responsible for managing & exponentially growing the business across India, ensuring operational excellence in line with the Business Plan
  • To include managing the wider business and operations whilst ensuring that revenue growth is delivered by creating relevant, profitable routes to market and strategic partnerships
  • Deliver and exceed the agreed Business Plan
  • Putting in place controls and review processes, thus ensuring appropriate governance and regulatory compliance
  • Build an effective and motivated management team
  • Help to establish the brand and reputation within the territory and the industry generally
  • Drive and manage the revenue cycle to deliver in accordance with agreed KPIs
  • Preparing the company for investments in the next 12 – 24 months
  • Responsible for business expansion through organic or inorganic growth, while ensuring operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing as a strong tool of scaling the business
  • Constant (formal and informal) and accurate reporting of the business status, development and market intelligence
  • At all times, operate to the highest professional and ethical standards
  • Demonstrate leadership and decisiveness

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Post graduate with 15+ years’ of experience with a financial background.
  • Dynamic self-starter with proven track record building s sustainable platform & exceeding revenue targets in education or a software/solution sales environment or similar relevant industries.
  • Experience managing operations across multiple locations across the country.
  • Strong business orientation; experience of managing P&L and building scale.
  • Should have demonstrated ability in scaling up the growth of a company exponentially
