Our client is a retail start-up firm manufacturing FMCG products in the nutrition and wellness category.


  • Responsible for complete day-to-day operations of the organisation across own stores, hospital stores and potential franchisee model.
  • Shall be part of the core team responsible to lead the growth of the organisation in terms of expansion within the existing sales channel as well as coming up with newer channels of growth (Franchisee / Online) pan-India.
  • Identification of sites for new stores upon analysis of different key parameters.
  • Work closely with the feasibility team to get location, footfall etc verified.
  • Negotiations and sign up for new stores.
  • Develop, coordinate, implement and monitor processes to ensure the integration of strategic direction and operational goals.


  • Years of experience: 10 years - 15 years.
  • Strong business scalability experience particularly for a smaller set-up.
  • Experience from Retail/ Consumer / B2C industry is preferred.
  • Strong experience in sales and marketing in the consumer sector.
  • Experience from geographic expansion, opening new sites/setups is very important.
  • Ability to design/ manage a franchise management model (good to have).
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
