JOB PROFILE:

  • Sales for East India through execution of sales initiatives and operations.
  • Developing and managing Sales Channel for the General Trade business in the Eastern Region.
  • Assigning Sales targets to the members in the Sales team and monitoring their performance regularly.
  • Effective Liaisoning with channel partners to ensure business growth.
  • Ensuring compliance norms thereby maximizing revenue of all product lines and attaining necessary benefits.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Years of experience: 8 years - 10 years.
  • Incumbent must have strong exposure to general trade sales in the FMCG sector.
  • Should come with business scalabiliy exposure.
  • Must have exposure to handling sales for the East region.
  • Should have exposure to increasing market share and penetrating newer markets.
