  • Develop strategies and innovation master plans for the portfolio/category in line with the business objectives
  • Drive brand management, media planning and market research planning, execution and review processes
  • Drive the new product pipeline, plan and execute launches & GTM strategy for new products
  • Responsible for sales and market share growth
  • Build the marketing capabilities among the marketing team
  • Drive the ‘Brand equity’ and ‘Brand Communication’ for the category/brand portfolio


  • 10+ years of professional experience managing multiple brands, categories and products in Consumer Goods industry
  • Proven track record of displaying an Entrepreneurial spirit – leading innovations in the market
  • Mental agility of working in a high-ambiguity-low-structure environment
  • Proven experience of launching new products
  • Ability to run effective digital campaigns along with hands on experience of working in TV commercials
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience with managing multiple touch points viz. digital/print media/radio
  • MBA (Marketing) or its equivalent from a premier B school
