JOB PROFILE:

Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for raising liabilities, managing all cash management functions to ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and investing short term excess cash. He or she will be in an individual contributor role reporting to the CFO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Related:

  • Resource Mobilisation from the Institutional segment for the firm's long term and short term requirements through a rated borrowings programme.
  • Knowledge & understanding: Area expertise, Understanding the Business, Innovation & Best Practices implementation, Market Information / Knowledge
  • Ensure adequate limits are set to all group companies.
  • Ensure required data is shared with rating agency for continous appraisal.
  • He/ she will be responsible for the management of investor relationships across various regions, communicating specialist product knowledge to existing and prospective clients and supporting the business development effort. Build new investors who would be interested in investing in the firm.
  • Ensures Data upkeep, organization & safekeeping, for the purpose of commercial, confidentiality, organisation, regulatory and communication.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Key attributes of the successful candidates would be:

  • Minimum experience in years – 8-12 years
  • Education Qualification: MBA/CA.
  • Experience in dealing with banks on FX and corporate finance, negotiations on banking products, knowledge on options pricing, ECB and overall Credit & Debt markets..
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Good written & oral communication skills - organizes thoughts logically and articulates them clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications in courses like CFA, CA, FRM, FLIP, etc. will be in added advantage.
