• Plans, Controls, directs and organizes all sales and related activities to maximize and support the Company’s revenues and profit objectives
  • Manage a team of sales managers that are responsible for the selling of Credit Information Solutions to the Members / Potential Members (Insurance companies and Banca partners).
  • Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products
  • Drive sales performance to quarterly plans.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities in conjunction with business goals and overall marketing objectives
  • Mentor & develop a highly motivated sales team.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop & implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecast for revenue
  • Work at delivering value added Product & Services as per the Market requirements.
  • Gathering business and market intelligence information.
  • Develops sales proposals, consistent with Management guidelines, to meet customer’s need for company services. Gathers all external data required to for creation of special promotional / sales programs
  • Making presentations to Senior Management of Members
  • Developing new product strategies, ideas, and providing solutions
  • Support CRO in achievement of Corporate goals related to Sales team
  • Perform any other activities and projects as may be required by CRO.


  • Post Graduate from a reputed Management Institute with specialization in Marketing / Finance

Minimum 15 years’ experience in leading a Sales team of a medium sized Organisation preferably an Insurance company, Bank, HFC, or a NBFC at a Regional or Corporate level. Must also have experience of setting goals and performance review of subordinates
