  • Plans, Controls, directs and organizes all sales and related activities to maximize and support the Company’s revenues and profit objectives
  • Manage a team of sales managers that are responsible for the selling of Credit Information Solutions to the Members / Potential Members (Insurance companies and Banca partners).
  • Meet and ideally exceed board approved revenue budget for all products
  • Drive sales performance to quarterly plans.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities in conjunction with business goals and overall marketing objectives
  • Mentor & develop a highly motivated sales team.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop & implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.


  • Very strong people management and leadership skills, with demonstrated past successes
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and execution abilities
  • Should have an ability to turn plans into action and possess strong planning, forecasting and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and deal closing skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, i.e.; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
