  • The purpose of this role is to assist and actively participate in building a strong Enterprise Risk Management function which will ensure that all the risks are managed under the acceptable level whilst achieving Organizational objectives
  • The above would include; Identifying risk, Quantifying risk, analysing and rating the risk & managing the same.
  • Present the key risks with mitigation plans to the management of the company
  • Development of Operation Risk framework/ Key Stakeholders Engagement
  • Management reporting on Risk Assessment
  • Adherence to company policy/Timely closure of activities
  • Team Development/Timely Reporting/Build a Risk Culture


  • 10 years of experience in Risk, Audit preferably from Insurance Industry or consulting firm
  • Knowledge of Finance and Operations domain is desirable
  • Prior experince of team management is necessary
  • Audit and/or Project Management experience is desirable
  • Mathematical and structured analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Proficiency in Oral and written communication, able to confidently communicate and deal with Senior Management / Board members, Regional Office representatives
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage changing priorities
  • Desire to learn and ability to envisage risk areas in a process or system.
  • Ability to think creatively and work on a team approach to solve problems across departmental boundaries.
  • Strong team management and delegation abilities.
