Regional Manager - Liability Sales is responsible for the sale of business, products or services in a specified region through the sales team. He/She should also ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
- Collaborating with Sales Team and cross functional teams to achieve liability goal and Revenue through NTB customers for the region
- Managing Sales Team in order to maximise sales revenue and meet / exceed business plan for the region
- Enhancing skills of sales team with regular meetings, Seminars, presentation of strategy to achieve higher productivity across the products
- Developing plan to ensure both Long term and Short term growth
- Ensure complete adherence of compliance processes and ethical sales practices in the region
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Incumbent must have a minumum of 15-20 years of experiece
- Must have handled a large network of branches in South India and must be familiar with the nuances of dealing with clients in the region
- Must have had a large team of people reporting across multiple channels
- Must have a strong background in acquisition.
