The frim offers a wide range of insurance products that includes Accident, Engineering, Health, Liability, Marine, Motor, Property, Travel and Rural insurance for individuals and corporates.

JOB PROFILE:

  • Identify and build relationships with suitable corporate partners, brokers
  • Generate customer insights wrt. product, retention, segments
  • Work closely with the underwriting team and claims team to create innovative products and services
  • Develop pricing structure of various Product lines
  • Conduct brand building activities targeting corporates
  • Participate in industry forums to show case abilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory norms

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Experience
Over 15 years in Sales & Marketing of B2B financial products with deep understanding of the insurance market

Education / Preferred Qualifications
MBA

Competencies / Strengths Required
Negotiation & communication skills
Should have a clear Action Focus and an ability to get things done
Must demonstrate Change Management & Influencing Skills
Should be guided by a deeply embedded Value system
