- Responsible for hiring for corporate functions like IT, Marketing, Legal, Finance, HR, Product and Strategy.
- Responsible to think out of the box to optimize TA process.
- Play a role of an advisor to the stakeholders and solutionize hiring needs.
- Engage employees on regular basis and follow a customer centric approach.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Should have experience in hiring for corporate functions like HR, IT, legal, product and business roles as well.
- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Should have expereince in new-age and differentiated hiring process.
- Experience: 8-10 years preferably with MBA and BE/B.Tech. academic background.
- Prefer candidate from consumer, technology start-up, and financial services.
