  • Drive, Design & Delivers Marketing Strategic initiatives in a B2B setup. Own Annual operating plan on Innovations alignment in collaboration with the concerned Business on product positioning, market penetration and pricing across India. Will manage the product portfolio, market research and marketing services
  • Lead the sector value proposition development, opportunity tracking and identifying unmet sector needs for the customer sectors/categrories in which they operate. Drive strategic initiatives and competitive strategy for thesector for themedium and long term and create compelling proposals in consultation with the sales teams for growth of the Sectors
  • Lead and Drive Knowledge Management and build a strong short-term and long term strategic roadmap. This will include understanding and forecasting of Market and Industry trends, Technology innovation, competitor activities and customer insights to plan Business enabling interventions. Lead the innovation / New business initiative plan
  • Pricing control to ensure high Acquisition rate and customer retention
  • Manage and measure with appropriate systems to determine the impact of pricing decisions on product and opco GP’s
  • Drive conformance to all Global/ Regional guidelines on Branding and communication
  • Build organizational capability by enhancing product portfolios and their profitability, enhancing sales capability through training, driving new business initiatives
  • Lead the marketing content strategy by defining the process and then securing the right resourcesfor producing a consistent stream ofcontent mapped to customer needs across all phases of the buying cycle and doing so across sectors; this includes adequate sales promotional materials like guides, brochures & other technology and online offline collaterals
  • Lead the Communications up and down internally and externally to customers through various campaigns and promotions. Creation and Management of properties to engage with customers/consumers
  • Gather and use market intelligence to develop unique value propositions
  • Manage corporate and product branding, public relations
  • Handle CSR initiatives for the company
  • Develop and deliver strategic Proactive Market place activations for sustainability



Preferably a Science / Engineering (Any stream), with an MBA

Experience & Skills

  • The ideal candidate with 15 – 18 years of experience of successful strategic planning and strong analytical orientation and understanding of research in a B2B environment
  • Proven marketing leadership & direction in MNC organizations with strong product management exposure of at least 2 – 4 yrs
  • Ability to operate in complex situations with high level of management and leadership skills to facilitate visionary strategic Marketing plans and translate strategic direction into innovative programs, services and team performance
    • Proven track record of leveraging segmentation, targeting value propositions to deliver competitive advantage with Strong project management skills
    • Excellent skills & ability to build integrated teams
    • Advanced decision making abilities & experience in commercial negotiations
