JOB PROFILE:

Job title: Product Head – Cash Management and Digital Payments

Grade Band: Senior Management (SM)

Location: Mumbai

BU/Function: Transaction Banking Group

Reports to: Head – Product Management, Transaction Banking Group

Role Details:

  • Conceptualisation, development and management of the Payments & Cash Management suite of products with the objective of developing a market leadership position amongst peer banks in Payments & Cash Management
  • KRAs include scaling up of Digital payments & revenues, constantly improving Product portfolio P&L, improving the ‘Time to Market’, generation of ‘New Product’ revenues and competitive benchmarking
  • In addition to the above Risk management, establishing Fintech & vendor partnerships and technology adoption will be key areas of focus
  • Effective enablement of Sales & Relationship teams for Payment & Cash Management Products
  • Establishment of Client forum for ideation and feedback on the Bank’s products & services
  • Pan India role which covers all Business Units viz. – Corporate & Commercial Banking, Government Banking, Emerging Corporates & Business Banking.
  • Team size: 8 to 10
  • No. of reportees: 4

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION
Essential requirement: CA or MBA

WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: Cash Management and Digital Payments experience of 15+ years, Team management experience of 5+ years
Preferred: Candidate who has led teams in large and complex organizations


Other requirements:

In depth knowledge of all cash management and digital products/concepts
In depth understanding of regulations & laws governing cash management & Digital payments
