JOB PROFILE:
· Work closely with product and IT to develop LOS/LMS and ancillary systems to handle products of SME lending vertical
· Evaluate and give specifications to IT for developing new satellite systems and integrating with LOS/LMS/Website/Mobile App for digital omni-channel experience
· Assess, envisage, and communicate functional requirements to various software vendors (LOS, LMS, Document scanning system etc.) to create a single seamless digital platform for the end user
· Design a new workflow management system for business loans to be used by process stakeholders i.e. call centre, credit, sales & ops.
· Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with external operations suppliers
· Ensure that operations of the vertical are available when required by the business and comply with all business and regulatory requirements
· Formulate and implement standard operating procedures (SOP's) for branch operations and CPU operations and present them to the top management for sign-off by all the stakeholders
· Closely liaise with product, business, risk, credit, legal, and IT teams for formulation and development of loan products and underlying systems and processes.
· Closely work with sales and collections teams, to ensure achievement of overall business objective of running a low delinquency and growing portfolio
· Recruit and manage a team to build a strong DSA/DST network for the SME lending vertical
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Qualification : MBA Finance or CA
Experience : Minimum 15 years in finance services with at least 8-10 years in the operations function of a top tier bank/NBFC/fintech in India
